About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and strategic Key Account Manager to own and grow our Affiliate Partner network. This role involves end-to-end ownership of affiliate relationships — from onboarding to performance tracking — with a sharp focus on driving revenue for the Inside Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Own sales targets driven via affiliate partnerships and deliver consistent growth in numbers.
Build and nurture solid partner relationships, acting as the single point of contact for all affiliate partners.
Identify, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners aligned with our ideal customer profile.
Collaborate with Inside Sales to optimize lead flow and conversion from affiliate sources.
Monitor and analyze partner performance, and provide data-driven insights to improve outcomes.
Develop and implement partner enablement tools – sales kits, FAQs, incentives, and training decks.
Resolve partner issues quickly and effectively to maintain trust and productivity.
Work with Marketing and Product teams to co-create campaigns and track ROI from affiliates.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
3–6 years of experience in key account management, channel sales, or affiliate partnerships
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through partnerships
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Experience in managing B2C or B2B inside sales funnels is a plus
Comfortable with CRM tools and performance tracking dashboards
Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have:
Experience in Fintech, ed-tech, SaaS, or consumer-facing industries
Prior exposure to affiliate marketing platforms or ecosystem
