Program Manager has to provide technical advice to contractors, subcontractors, operatives and crafts people with respect to our Recent IT Construction project.
Have experience in contracts and contract law
Generate weekly and monthly report on AUTOPRO
Engage in obtaining building permits
Liaison with Technopark authorities and other statutory bodies
Recommend release of payments to Consultant / Contractor based on recorded work & milestones
Review variations (negative and positive) carefully and ensure that variations will not exceed 5% of base estimate.
Establish a project schedule with Consultant prior to tender and validate schedule with nominated Contractor.
Prepare a short-list of contractors that are qualified to execute works in Trivandrum – egs, civil, electrical,



mechanical etc.
Ensure that Contractor has sufficient men and materials to progress works in accordance with the schedule.
Consultant is adequately performing his tasks during supervision to check on quality of materials, shop-drawings and inspection of work done.
Ensure that Contractor has provided all documentation such as as-built drawings, manuals, marking of pipes, electrical switch-boards etc for on-going maintenance works.
Appoint a facility manager to run the building on hand-over.
