Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:

3–6 years of experience in sales and distribution management, preferably in FMCG/retail/manufacturing sectors.
Robust understanding of channel sales and distribution models.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, ERP, and reporting tools.
Willingness to travel extensively for market visits and distributor management.
