Job Description

Provides mutual funds transaction processing services with a customer-focused approach. Provides proactive and creative solutions to customers. Intermediate level support representative working on semi-routine tasks to support operations. Applies developed knowledge and job skills, and follows defined company policies and procedures to complete tasks. Understands when to deviate from standard practice. Requires moderate supervision on daily work and detailed instructions on current tasks.



Minimally requires a high school degree and 1 year of related experience.
