Take charge of delivering landmark, multi-level jewelry showrooms across India. As the Project Head (Multi-Site), you will oversee end-to-end execution of multiple large-scale showroom projects—each spanning 5–6 storeys with dedicated sections for gold, diamond, platinum, and silver. You’ll be responsible for leading all aspects of project delivery, from design and construction to vendor coordination and final handover, managing 8–10 major sites simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
Multi-Site Project Leadership
Manage 8–10 concurrent construction or real estate projects (multi-level showrooms or large-scale developments) from initiation to completion.
Strategic Planning
Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource plans for each site.
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, vendors, and internal leadership to ensure seamless execution and adherence to design and quality standards.
Quality & Compliance
Enforce construction quality benchmarks, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance across all project sites.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor regional project managers and site engineering teams operating across multiple locations.
Budget & Timelines




Drive on-time and on-budget project delivery while ensuring optimal cost efficiency and resource utilization.
Reporting & Risk Management
Prepare detailed progress reports and dashboards for senior management; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Implement process improvements, adopt recent construction technologies, and promote best practices across all sites.

Who Should Apply
Experience: 8–15 years in project leadership roles, managing multiple large-scale construction or real estate developments simultaneously.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in delivering multi-storey commercial or residential projects.
Preferred Background: Experience with top builder groups, real estate developers, or large retail rollout projects—especially in Western India.
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Architecture; MBA/PGDM preferred; PMP/Prince2 certification is an advantage.
