Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with educational institutions, universities, and training organizations to expand program outreach.

Achieve quarterly targets related to institutional tie -ups, collaborations, and lead generation.

Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with existing partner institutions to ensure smooth implementation and long -term engagement.

Lead and coordinate the end -to -end process of signing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with partner institutions.

Identify and implement cutting-edge ideas and strategies to enhance project outcomes, institutional engagement, and program success.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Social Work, Education, Public Policy, or a related field is preferred.

3–5 years of relevant experience in institutional partnerships, business development, stakeholder engagement, or program coordination.

Prior experience working with educational institutions, universities, skill Sector or CSR initiatives will be highly preferred.

Demonstrated experience in building strategic collaborations, managing institutional partnerships, and facilitating the signing of MOUs.

Familiarity with skill development, employability, digital education, or capacity -building programs will be an added advantage.

Ability to engage effectively with government departments, academic leadership, and other key stakeholders.

Solid organizational, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally.

Proficiency in MS Office, presentations, and documentation for partnership proposals, reports, and institutional communications.

Adaptable, proactive, and creative mindset, with willingness to travel for institutional engagement and partnership development.
