Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in OPD, IPD, emergency, and ICU departments.

Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with clinical guidelines and hospital protocols.

Manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including emergency cases requiring immediate intervention.

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure coordinated care.

Perform emergency procedures and assist in critical care management in the ICU and ER.

Maintain accurate, up -to -date medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Participate in on -call duties and emergency response as required.

Stay current with medical advancements,



clinical research, and best practices through continuous career development.




Requirements:

MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution with valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC).

Minimum 2–3 years of post -qualification clinical experience in hospital settings, with proven experience in OPD, IPD, emergency, and ICU care.

Solid clinical acumen in managing acute medical emergencies, critical care, and chronic disease management.

Proficiency in medical documentation, patient communication, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, make quick decisions, and maintain composure in high -stress environments.

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with a patient -centered approach.

Valid and active medical license with no disciplinary actions.

Willingness to work versatile shifts, including nights, weekends, and on -call duties as per hospital requirements.
