Job Title: Assistant Project Manager/Senior Landscape Architect
Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and managing BIM models for landscape architecture projects.
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate landscape designs into overall project models.
Ensuring accuracy, currency, and compliance with industry standards of BIM models.
Generating detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
Participating in project meetings and providing technical support related to BIM.
Staying updated with the latest BIM technologies and best practices.

Requirements
Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
Preferred Master’s degree in landscape architecture.
Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD.
Most preferred understanding of BIM and software such as Revit, Navisworks, Sketchup.
Solid grasp of landscape design principles and practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and solid problem-solving abilities.
Experience with clash detection and resolution in a BIM workplace is a plus.
