Basic Functions/Job Responsibility:


We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Team Lead to lead our team of machine learning


and computer vision engineers for video analytics project.


 The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying machine


learning models, and a proven track record of leading teams to deliver successful AI/ML


projects for video analytics.


 Lead a team of machine learning and computer vision engineers to deliver high -quality


AI/ML solutions for video analytics.


 Collaborate with cross -functional teams to understand business requirements and


identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions.


 Develop and maintain project plans, and timelines.


 Ensure that all AI/ML solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best


practices


 Stay up -to -date with the latest AI/ML research and technologies, and evaluate their


potential impact on our business.






 Manage team performance, provide mentorship and career development opportunities,


and foster a positive team culture.


Desired Candidate Should Have


Qualifications


 6+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models


 3+ years of experience in leading a team of machine learning engineers.


 Robust programming skills in C++ and another relevant programming language.


 Experience with machine learning libraries and SDK such as OpenCV, OpenVino,


TensorRT, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NVIDIA Deepstream SDK, etc.


 Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.


 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work


collaboratively with cross -functional teams
