Requirements
7–12 years of hands -on experience in full -stack development, with robust focus on the MERN stack

(MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

● Proven experience leading or architecting multi -module SaaS products in Startup environments.

● Strong command over REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous architecture.

● Exposure to AI/ML integration using APIs or SDKs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, TensorFlow,

etc.).

● Excellent understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

● Proactive, quick -moving, and startup -oriented mindset, thrives in ambiguity.

● Deep passion for processes, documentation, and clean code.

● Solid debugging and reverse -engineering skills, ability to understand complex systems quickly.

● Ability to balance IC responsibilities with team leadership.

● Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem -solving skills.
