You will operate in a performance-driven setting, using outbound prospecting and consultative selling techniques to convert leads into long-term customers. Key Responsibilities
Drive outbound sales efforts through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
Generate and qualify leads to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Engage with mid-market and enterprise prospects to understand business needs and propose relevant solutions
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from lead generation to deal closure
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline updates

What Makes You a Outstanding Fit
3–4+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development roles
Proven success in a target-driven sales environment with clear performance benchmarks
Strong expertise in outbound prospecting and pipeline creation
Experience selling SaaS, software products, or ERP solutions is highly preferred
Prior exposure to construction technology or B2B real estate solutions is a strong advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
