Position: Security Guard

Job Description:

Seeking a reliable and responsible Security Guard for our client in Raipur. Your primary duties will be ensuring the safety and security of the premises and all individuals within it.

Key Responsibilities:
Patrolling the premises
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized access
Conduct regular checks of entry and exit points
Keep accurate records of individuals entering and exiting
Monitor and control access to restricted areas
Report security breaches, safety hazards, or unusual incidents
Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
Clean and maintain outer areas, including parking lots and sidewalks
Assist with opening and closing doors and gates for authorized personnel




Communicate effectively with team members and superiors

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven work experience as a Guard or similar role
Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
Familiarity with surveillance systems and equipment
Excellent observation and communication skills
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Clean criminal record and pass a background check
