MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (MD/DM/DGO/DNB).
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and a practicing license.
Hands -on experience or training in all required procedures: D&C;, LEEP, Hysterectomy, Myomectomy, Oophorectomy, Tubal Ligation, Pelvic Floor Repair, Normal Vaginal Delivery, Cesarean Section, Laparoscopy, Hysteroscopy, Fibroid & Cyst Surgery, and Infertility Management (IVF).
Proficiency in Pap Smear and Colposcopy interpretation and management.
Solid clinical acumen, attention to detail,
and ability to manage high -pressure situations with empathy and professionalism.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and families.
Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous improvement in clinical outcomes.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and on -call duties as required.
Experience working in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred, though recent graduates with robust training and internship exposure are encouraged to apply.
