We are looking for a results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to generate recent business opportunities through proactive outreach. The ideal candidate is confident, target-oriented, and experienced in selling IT or digital services.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through outbound sales activities (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
Identify and approach potential clients in UAE, GCC, and international markets
Pitch Element8’s services:
Web & App Development
Digital Marketing
Branding & Creative Solutions
Schedule meetings and product/service demos with decision-makers




Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Maintain and update leads in CRM tools
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, closures, and onboarding
Track outreach performance and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements

1–3+ years of experience in outbound sales / IT sales / digital agency sales
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn sales
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-generation platforms
Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
Prior experience selling digital or IT services is highly preferred
