Key Responsibilities
Support sales and business development activities for Japan region.
Assist in preparation of techno-commercial proposals and customer presentations.
Communicate with clients in Japanese (emails, calls, virtual meetings).
Coordinate with internal engineering and proposal teams for technical clarifications.
Conduct market research on hydrogen and renewable energy developments in Japan.
Maintain CRM records and track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Support in customer follow-ups and order closures.
Participate in exhibitions, webinars, and industry events (as required).

Education and Experience required :
Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical).
MBA in Sales and Marketing / International Business is preferred.
0.6 –2 years of experience in sales, business development or techno-commercial role is desired.
Mandatory:



Candidates who can speak Japanese language is desired.
Proof of Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or above preferred) is required.
Candidates must provide valid certification as evidence of Japanese language competency.
Solid written and spoken English communication skills.
