What Success Looks Like (First 3–6 Months):
Build and scale high-performance backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
Design modular, extensible microservices that integrate seamlessly with distributed systems.
Take ownership of performance, scalability, and fault tolerance for services handling millions of time series data points.
Optimize data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines.
Collaborate closely with frontend, ML, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable, production-grade services.
Contribute to system design discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

Languages: Python (primary), SQL

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:




4–8 years of experience in backend product engineering.
Robust expertise in Python and FastAPI (or similar frameworks).
Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Proven experience building scalable, production-grade REST APIs.
Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and microservice architectures.
Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
Familiarity with async programming and performance optimization.

Nice-to-Haves:
Exposure to distributed compute frameworks like Spark, Dask, or Ray.
Experience with Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, or MLOps-style data pipelines.
Prior work in enterprise-scale SaaS or data platforms.
