Mandatory Skills:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales Module) – Customization, configuration, and deep platform understanding
System Administration – User management, role-based access control, security permissions, data import/export, and integrity
Azure DevOps & ALM Tools – CI/CD pipeline setup, secure SDLC practices
Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, and CoE Toolkit experience
Programming – Hands-on with D365 SDK, C#, JavaScript
Integration & APIs – Solid understanding of Web Services, APIs, and Azure Entra ID integration
Terraform – Basic to intermediate knowledge for setting provisioning
Production Support & ITSM – Proven experience supporting D365 CRM and Power Platform applications
Architecture & Design – Design experience with Microsoft Power Platform and D365 CRM Sales modules
Operational Support – Ticket management, troubleshooting, setting administration, and automation guidance
Good to Have Skills:
Familiarity with Agile practices and SDLC processes
