Job Purpose:

As a Technical Project Lead, you will be responsible for delivering innovative, high -quality engineering solutions that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and exceptional consumer experience. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring quality execution across the delivery lifecycle of products and solutions, while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

You bring 8–12+ years of experience in technical project delivery and leadership.

You have a solution -oriented mindset with a strong understanding of Lean product development principles.

You thrive in the fast -paced, highly productive setting of agile teams.

You possess a strong UX sensibility and care deeply about product experience.

You have 3+ years of experience in planning, prioritizing, and delivering on product roadmaps.

Development Background & Positive Communication skill

You’re passionate about metrics, productivity, and efficiencies that continuously improve product delivery.

You are adept at stakeholder management, working seamlessly with passionate and demanding partners.
