Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (BE) or equivalent postgraduate degree.

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT, with 7+ years in Salesforce development.

• Certifications: Salesforce Developer, Platform App Builder (Salesforce Admin certification is

optional).

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Design the architecture for the Salesforce solution landscape and

lead technical delivery.

• Integration Ownership: Manage solution and integration components within the Salesforce

architecture.

• Problem Solving & Strategy: Develop strategies to tackle complex technical challenges and

design custom solutions.

• Project Leadership: Lead and mentor project team members in technical delivery and best

practices.

• Client Communication: Participate in client meetings, effectively communicate designs, and

contribute to discussions.

• Development & Review: Oversee the development of custom solutions, conduct peer code

reviews, and approve technical designs.

• Documentation: Create functional and technical documentation for implemented solutions.

• Quality Assurance:



Support QA testing and User Acceptance Testing as needed.

• Salesforce Updates: Stay informed on Salesforce releases and assess their impact on current

projects.

Must-Have Skills

• Salesforce Development: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, workflows, process

builders, flows, triggers, custom objects, and fields.

• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Salesforce tools (Force.com IDE, Migration Tools, SOSL,

SOQL, Web Services) and Lightning framework (Aura, Lightning Web Components).

• Source Control & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with GitHub, Bitbucket, and CI/CD processes.

• Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a

quick-paced environment.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Customer Service Orientation: A robust focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.

Positive-to-Have Skills

• Experience with standard web technologies (Java, jQuery, HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX,

HTML/CSS).

• Experience in creating web services for diverse technology integration.
