Experience & Knowledge:
1+ year of hands-on experience in Salesforce and/or Zoho CRM development.
Solid understanding of CRM business processes (Sales, Support, Marketing).
Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, LWC basics).
Experience in developing workflows, automation, and custom modules in Zoho CRM.
Familiarity with Zoho Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator apps.
Knowledge of integration techniques using REST/SOAP APIs.
Basic understanding of data migration, cleansing, and management tools (e.g., Salesforce Data Loader, Zoho Import tools).

Technical Skills:
Programming: Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, Deluge
Tools: Salesforce Data Loader, Zoho Flow, Postman, Git
CRM Platforms: Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud), Zoho One Suite
Reporting: Zoho Reports, Salesforce Reports & Dashboards

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Salesforce Admin or Developer Certification (optional but preferred).
Zoho CRM Developer Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
