JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sending emails regarding service renewal, service live domain, web hosting & SEO services.
Handling client queries regarding domain registration, web hosting, email services etc related to price.
Troubleshooting email problems, DNS Management, Web hosting problem etc.
Creating renewal remainder for all services for upcoming service that will expire on next month.
Troubleshooting issues of office systems and related configurations.
Configuration of Email in Email client software like Outlook, Thunderbird etc.
Sending performa invoice to clients on monthly or quarterly basis for services like VPS, Website maintenance, SEO, PPC etc
Technical Skills:
Experience in Registering and transferring domains.
Knowledge in Linux and Windows web hosting
Issue tracking, resolution & System Maintenance.
Working knowledge of corporate Email, Google Business Email, Microsoft office 365 Business Email VPS.
Valuable in installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
Interpersonal Skills:
Positive communication skills.
Valuable comprehension skills ability to clearly understand the issues customers present.
Dedicated to problem resolution
Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
