Job Summary:

We are looking for a Career Advisor to support our US Staffing team by guiding consultants, improving resumes, coordinating with recruiters, and helping candidates become market-ready for client opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Review and optimize consultant resumes according to client requirements and job descriptions
Coordinate with recruiters to understand candidate profiles and opportunities
Guide candidates on resume enhancement, interview preparation, and career positioning
Maintain consultant databases and track candidate progress
Work closely with Bench Sales and Recruiting teams for candidate marketing activities
Analyze job requirements and suggest suitable opportunities for consultants
Maintain accurate records and reports related to consultant activities

Requirements:
Experience in US Staffing, recruitment,



resume writing, or career counseling preferred
Good understanding of US IT staffing processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust resume reviewing and editing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced US shift environment

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
