Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Wintel Administrator with a robust background in Windows Server administration, AWS cloud services, and virtualization technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting Windows server environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and security across on-premise and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019).
Manage and monitor infrastructure hosted on AWS, including EC2, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.
Configure and support virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
Perform patch management, system updates, and backup strategies.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.




Implement and maintain security policies and compliance requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system upgrades and deployments.

Required Skills:
Robust experience in Windows Server Administration.
Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure services.
Proficient in VMware ESXi and/or Microsoft Hyper-V.
Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
Experience with monitoring tools and automation scripts (PowerShell preferred).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
