Soft Services (Housekeeping, Pest Control, Landscaping, Waste Management)
Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards & cleaning SOPs.
Ability to inspect cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation levels across premises.
Familiarity with pest control schedules, consumables, and vendor coordination.
Knowledge of waste segregation & disposal practices.
Supervising landscaping/gardening staff and ensuring upkeep.
Preparing daily inspection & compliance reports.
Ability to train and motivate staff for quality service delivery.

Security Services
Knowledge of security protocols, post duties, and access control procedures.
Ability to conduct guard briefing, deployment & rotation.
Familiarity with CCTV monitoring, visitor management & incident reporting.
Knowledge of fire safety, emergency evacuation drills & crisis handling.
Skill in handling resident/client escalations related to security.
Vendor coordination for security manpower attendance, discipline & training.
Maintaining daily security logbooks and reporting incidents.





General / Soft Skills (Applicable to Both)
Solid observation and vigilance skills.
Leadership ability to supervise staff effectively.
Good communication skills (English + local language).
Problem-solving & quick decision-making in emergencies.
Documentation & reporting skills (checklists, attendance, daily reports).
Ability to coordinate between residents, staff, and management.

Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in facility management, soft services, or security supervision.
Robust knowledge of housekeeping standards, pest control, waste management, and landscaping.
Experience in security guard deployment, briefing, and incident management.
Familiarity with CCTV monitoring, access control, and fire safety protocols.
Ability to conduct site inspections, audits, and compliance reporting.
Proficiency in basic computer/MS Office and use of digital checklists or apps.
Solid communication skills
