Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks at client sites, ensuring smooth operation of machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) visits at customer sites as per the schedule.
Clean, repair, replace, or maintain machine components to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Conduct periodic inspections, identify faults or potential failures, and execute necessary repairs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in office without disrupting the customer’s business operations.
Ensure productive and timely service delivery, maintaining a qualified approach at all times.




Must own a two-wheeler for travel to various sites.
Collaborate with internal teams and maintain proper service records and reports.

Education & Experience:
Qualification: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
Experience: Hands-on experience with heavy machinery maintenance and servicing across different sites is mandatory.

Note:

This is a field-based role requiring frequent site visits. Candidates must be comfortable with on-site technical work and field travel.
