We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer to manage end-to-end HVAC site operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Air Conditioning and HVAC systems, robust site coordination skills, and the ability to manage contractors and material logistics independently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end HVAC project operations at the site from planning to execution and handover
Take accurate site measurements and prepare requirement sheets for ducting, piping, and equipment layout
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure timely execution of work
Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings/specifications
Manage material planning, procurement follow-up, and inventory at site (AC units, ducting material, copper piping, insulation, etc.)
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards during installation
Coordinate with clients/consultants on site for approvals, clarifications, and progress updates
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly site progress reports
Support in resolving in office technical issues related to HVAC systems
Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and schedule
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
2 years of relevant experience in HVAC/Air Conditioning projects
Good working knowledge of split ACs, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, and ventilation systems
Ability to read and interpret site drawings and layouts
Basic knowledge of material estimation and vendor coordination
Good communication and site coordination skills
Willingness to travel to different project sites within Hyderabad
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus)
