Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
Monitor daily stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
Verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), and transfer documents.
Reconcile physical stock with ERP records and investigate discrepancies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels.
Coordinate with site stores for stock availability and material movement.
Track slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
Ensure all inventory transactions are authorised and properly documented.
Support month-end and year-end stock closing activities.
Prepare stock ageing, consumption, and variance reports.
Coordinate with the Purchase Department for pending deliveries and material shortages.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, GRNs, challans,



and inventory documents.
Assist internal and external auditors during inventory audits.
Monitor inter-site material transfers and ensure timely reconciliation.
Follow company inventory policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Generate MIS reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and ERP.
Coordinate with Accounts for invoice and GRN reconciliation.
Identify inventory losses, shortages, or excess stock and report them to management.
Ensure accurate item codes, units of measurement, and master data are maintained in the ERP.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
