3rd-party control value assignment (Randox & Biorad) in all Agappe instruments

Value sheet Review and finalization _ Agappe & 3rd party

Reference kit/ Reference control/certified reference material procurement and its monitoring

Value sheet and COA updation on Agappe Website

SOP preparation

Customer Complaint handling ( investigation and CAPA)

Customer Visit as and when required across India

Proficiency testing and report submission & result analysis( CAPA based on report)

Induction /Application training to the field team

Clinical sample management from referral Labs

5s implementation in QC lab

QC instrument Calibration & validation

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
