Job Summary:

Futurefly Holidays is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Junior Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the travel field and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist clients with domestic and international travel bookings

-Provide information on destinations, itineraries, and travel packages

-Handle flight, hotel, visa, and tour bookings

-Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel solutions

-Manage inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins

-Coordinate with vendors and service providers

-Ensure smooth travel arrangements and customer satisfaction

-Maintain records of bookings and client details

Requirements:





- Priority - Tourism degree/diploma from institutions like KITTS or IITTM

-Minimum 1 years of experience in the travel industry (Freshers can apply)

-Good knowledge of travel booking systems and processes

-Excellent communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)

-Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills

-Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

-Experience in handling international travel packages

-Knowledge of visa processing is an added advantage

-Sales and upselling skills
