We are hiring a skilled 3 AND 5-Axis CNC VMC Programmer with expertise in SolidCAM and hands-on experience on machines with Siemens and Fanuc controllers. The candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and executing high-precision machining programs for complex components.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Develop and optimize 3 and 5-axis CNC programs using SolidCAM
● Program and operate machines individually
● Plan machining strategies for complex geometries and tight tolerance components
● Select appropriate cutting tools and define machining parameters (RPM, Feed, Depth of Cut)
● Conduct simulations, dry runs, and prove-out of programs before production
● Optimize cycle time, improve tool life, and enhance machining efficiency
● Troubleshoot programming and machining issues on the shop floor
● Ensure adherence to quality standards and GD&T; requirements
● Maintain proper documentation of programs and processes
● Follow 5S, safety, and shop floor discipline
Preferred Experience:
● 2–3 years in CNC Programming
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
