We are looking for a Trademark Associate with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team at SR4IPR Partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of trademark-related matters, including searches, filings, prosecution, hearings, oppositions, renewals, and enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct trademark searches and provide legal opinions on registrability.
- Prepare and file trademark applications with the relevant authorities.
- Handle prosecution, opposition, and rectification matters before the Trademark Registry.
- Manage trademark renewals and portfolio maintenance.
- Respond to office actions, oppositions, and objections.
- Conduct legal research related to trademark law and developments.
- Coordinate with clients to provide updates on their trademark applications and disputes.




- Assist in trademark infringement and enforcement actions.

Requirements:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in trademark law.
- A law degree (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- Strong understanding of Indian trademark laws and procedures.
- Excellent research and drafting skills.
- Good communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
