Key Responsibilities

- Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Draft and post job descriptions across job portals and social media.
- Learn to create and manage search strings for different roles on job boards.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment pipelines.
- Assist in employer branding and candidate engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR tasks.





What We’re Looking For

- Fresh graduate (BBA, MBA, BA, B.Com, or any field – HR specialization is a plus).
- Keen interest in HR and recruitment as a career path.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Curious, proactive, and willing to learn quickly.
- Ability to put in extra effort and go beyond basics.
- Organized and detail-oriented with positive multitasking ability.
