Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic IT Software Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs on software applications, programming, and IT technologies. The ideal candidate will have robust technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping learners develop practical IT skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver engaging classroom and online IT training sessions.
- Train students or employees on software applications, programming languages, databases, and web technologies.
- Develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Update course content to reflect current industry trends and technologies.
- Provide hands-on practical training through projects and real-world scenarios.
- Support learners with technical questions and troubleshooting.
- Maintain training records and prepare progress reports.
- Collaborate with the training team to improve course quality and learning outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




- 1–5+ years of experience as an IT Trainer, Software Trainer, or Technical Instructor.
- Strong knowledge of one or more of the following:
- Python
- Java
- C/C++
- .NET
- SQL
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- React or Angular
- Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners of different skill levels.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Industry certifications are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to motivate and engage learners.
