- Identify and develop current business opportunities for HVAC projects, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), retrofit works, and service solutions.
- Meet architects, consultants, MEP contractors, builders, facility managers, industrial clients, and corporate customers to promote the company's HVAC products and services.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Support clients during project execution and provide post-sales assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
