About the Role

Prominent is an industrial consumables supply venture (part of an Australian business group) building its technology and operations team in Ahmedabad. We are looking for a Zoho & Full Stack Developer (Junior-to-Mid level) to become the technical engine behind our CRM, internal automations, and e-commerce platform.

If you are a Zoho specialist who loves writing custom code, integrating APIs, and using AI tools to automate workflows, this role offers high ownership, direct mentorship, and fast growth potential.

⏰ Important — Shift Timing: This is an in-office role in Ahmedabad with a fixed shift of 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM IST. Please only apply if these hours work for you long-term.What You'll Do

- Zoho Administration & Development: Design custom modules, advanced workflows, Deluge scripting, layouts, and reports across the Zoho One suite (CRM, Mail, Cliq, Sign).
- Full Stack & API Integrations: Connect Zoho with our e-commerce platform (Shopify) and accounting/inventory tools (Xero, Cin7 Core) using REST APIs and webhooks.
- Webshop Maintenance: Assist with basic Shopify updates, Liquid theme customization, and checkout optimizations (we will train you on the Shopify specifics!).
- AI Automations: Use AI tools and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)



to build smart internal automations and eliminate manual data entry.

Must-Have Skills

- 1–3 years of experience specializing in Zoho CRM customization and Deluge scripting (This is crucial).
- Solid Full Stack Basics: Strong JavaScript and Node.js skills for building custom scripts and integrations.
- API & Data Handling: Proficient with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, Git, and basic SQL.
- AI Comfort: Experience using AI/LLM tools (like ChatGPT or Claude) to speed up your own coding or build basic automations.
- Adaptability: Ready to learn and manage basic Shopify/Liquid tasks (prior Shopify experience is a massive bonus, but not mandatory).

Nice to Have

- Prior exposure to Shopify theme customization or Shopify APIs.
- Experience integrating with ERP/Accounting software like Xero or Cin7 Core.
- Positive written English (for smooth, asynchronous communication with the Australian team).
