1. Automation Design & Development

This is the foundational work, often done before the machine is fully assembled.

- PLC Programming: Designing and writing the core control logic (often in Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagram) that dictates the machine's operation, sequencing, and safety.
- HMI Design: Creating the graphical user interface (GUI) for the Human-Machine Interface. This includes designing screens, alarms, data-logging, and operator controls.
- Component Configuration: Setting up parameters for all network-controlled devices. This includes:
- Drive Configuration: Setting up VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) for motor speed control.
- Servo Drive Configuration: Programming and tuning servo drives and motors for precise motion control (positioning, velocity, torque).
- Documentation:
- Working with electrical designers on Wiring Diagrams (schematics) to ensure the control design is accurately reflected.
- Maintaining and recording final program printouts (ladder logic, etc.) and parameter backups for service and future reference.

2. Machine Commissioning (In-House & On-Site)

This phase involves bringing the machine to life.

- Shop Floor Assembly & Testing: Working with the assembly team to power up the machine for the first time. This includes I/O testing, sensor verification, and initial movement tests in a controlled setting.
- Site Installation: Travelling to the customer's site to oversee the final installation of the control system.
- Site Commissioning & Troubleshooting:

This is the most critical phase. It involves:
- Powering up the machine in its final location.
- Systematically troubleshooting all electrical, software, and mechanical issues that arise.
- Integrating the machine with other equipment (infeed, outfeed, etc.).
- Running the machine with product and tuning parameters (servo, drives, timing) to meet production and quality specifications.
- Training customer operators and maintenance staff.

3. After-Sales & Customer Support

This involves all work after the customer has formally accepted the machine.

- Post-Commissioning Support: Handling any "post-delivery" issues or warranty work that may require additional troubleshooting or on-site visits.
- Client-Facing Service: Acting as the primary technical contact for the customer.
- Meeting Customers: Discussing issues, upgrades, and operational improvements.
- Resolving Issues: Being the lead problem-solver for any machine downtime.
- Remote Support: Providing immediate assistance to reduce downtime, which includes:
- Video Call Support: Guiding the customer's maintenance team through troubleshooting steps.
- Remote Access Support: Using tools like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or VPNs to securely connect to the client's PLC/HMI, diagnose faults, and make program modifications.

Payment Collection: It is concern engineer's responsibility to collect the payment for service and spares from the client.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
