Job Title: Project Manager - Industrial Projects (Warehousing & Logistics Parks)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for industrial projects, specifically warehousing and logistics parks.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Implement and monitor project controls, including quality assurance and risk management.
- Manage project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 12 to 18 years of experience in project management, with a focus on industrial projects.




- Proven track record of successfully completing at least two to three projects as a Project Manager from end to end.
- In-depth knowledge of FM2 flooring standards and techniques.
- Experience in managing Grade A warehousing projects.
- Preferably from a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) background.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Skills:

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
