Job Title: Tele caller Agent -Kalyan location

Experience -1 years to 5 years

Pentagon Institute is seeking a motivated and confident Tele caller to connect with prospective students, provide course information, and support admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads
- Explain courses, fees, schedules, and career benefits
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into admissions
- Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheets
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly
- Address queries and resolve concerns professionally
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team

Required Skills

- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and/or Marathi preferred)




- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Clear speaking voice and skilled phone etiquette

Qualifications

- Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or lead generation process
