We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth showroom functioning, coordinate with internal teams, maintain inventory records, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely product availability.
- Maintain inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure proper product display and showroom presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
- Monitor billing, invoicing, and documentation processes.
- Coordinate deliveries, installations, and after-sales support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Manage vendor coordination and administrative activities.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
