We are seeking a motivated and experienced MBBS Educational Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will counsel students and parents regarding MBBS admissions in India and abroad, guide them through the admission process, and help them make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Counsel students and parents on MBBS admission opportunities.
* Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
* Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
* Explain eligibility criteria, fee structure, documentation, and admission procedures.
* Coordinate with colleges and maintain accurate student records.
* Build and maintain solid relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in education counselling or MBBS admissions (preferred).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong counselling, sales, and follow-up abilities.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
