Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – US IT Staffing to manage recruitment/business operations, lead a team, coordinate with clients, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in team handling and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve business goals and performance targets.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide timely updates.
- Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and provide guidance to team members.
- Handle client communications, escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare performance reports, MIS reports,



and project status updates.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth workflow and delivery.
