Role : E-Commerce Head/Manager

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Head of E-Commerce with a minimum of 12 years of experience to oversee and manage our E-Commerce business. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of overseeing and managing the E-Commerce business, solid project management skills, experience in Adobe Commerce, and good communication skills. Additionally, they should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in performance marketing, and experience in managing both brand websites and marketplace business.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the E-Commerce business

Own the P&L; and drive the business

Develop and implement E-Commerce strategies

Identify and pursue recent E-Commerce opportunities





Manage and optimize the website to drive traffic and increase conversion rates

Monitor and report on E-Commerce KPIs

Collaborate with internal teams such as IT, Marketing, Sales, and Operations

Develop and manage the E-Commerce budget

Stay up-to-date with E-Commerce trends and best practices

Key Skills:

Strong project management skills

Exposure to managing brand website and marketplace business

Experience in Adobe Commerce

Jewellery E-Commerce experience

Strong analytical skills

Experience in running performance marketing campaigns

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Qualifications:

Minimum of 12 years of experience in managing E-Commerce

Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
