Market bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors and direct clients.
Handle submissions, interviews, rate negotiations, and placements.
OPT Recruiter
Source and recruit OPT/CPT/STEM OPT candidates.
Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and manage the recruitment process.
Excellent communication skills and knowledge of the US recruitment process are required.
