We are seeking an experienced online marketing skilled to drive non-search online marketing for the company and its brands including Shaadi.com, Makaan.com and Fropper.com.

Responsibilities
Lead online marketing (non-search) strategy and operations and deliver channel and online marketing performance goals set by the leadership team.
Constantly improve the volume, cost and ROI metrics.
Develop, manage and leverage agency and publisher relationships to constantly improve the volume,
cost and ROI metrics.
Solid analytics based optimization across positions, sizes, creatives, propositions
Work closely with different internal teams such as creative, product, technology and other marketing teams to share knowledge and improve existing service / performance levels.
Keep track of industry trends and follow best practices to achieve business performance goals.
Requirements
MBA/MCA/BTech/Other PG qualification
6 to 9 years of overall experience, at least 3 to 4 years of which should have been in core online marketing at a large scale.
Must have excellent interpersonal, analytical and creative appreciation skills.
Must have a strong understanding of marketing concepts and digital marketing domain.
Ability to manage, mentor, lead and motivate a team of online marketing professionals.
Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Valuable to have
Ability to anticipate risks and devise contingencies to manage them.
