Job Description
Update our internal databases with candidates information
Screen resumes and application forms
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training reports, job roles, KPI's/KRA's, Meetings, Updates)
Increasing Social Connections in HR Field and creating a database for External Staffing.




Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Provide suggestions to management for improving the Company stats

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's in related Field
Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Experience with MS/WPS Office along with Photoshop/ Canva
Design Visual pics, Posters & Logos and edit videos and photos to post it in social media
Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content.
Event creation and handling / assistance
Skilled in Online engagement, Verbal communication, trend stalk, Client focus

Internship Period : 3 Months
Location : Hyderabad (On-site)
