We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with solid nCino and Salesforce expertise to join our banking technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in nCino configuration, development, integration, and implementation, along with a strong understanding of the banking domain, particularly Commercial Loan Origination.

This role requires a techno-functional professional capable of handling development, administration, and workflow customization within the nCino ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize solutions using Salesforce APEX.
Configure and administer nCino platform modules.
Design and implement nCino workflows and maintain existing configurations.
Develop and manage nCino/Salesforce integrations with internal and third-party systems.
Participate in end-to-end nCino implementations.
Manage deployments using Autorabit and follow DevOps best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate banking requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Support production issues and provide root cause analysis and fixes.
Ensure high performance, security,



and compliance within Salesforce/nCino environments.

Technical Skills Required
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce APEX Development

Integration development within Salesforce/nCino ecosystem
Experience with Autorabit deployments
Knowledge of DevOps practices

Functional Skills Required
Solid understanding of the Banking domain and financial terminologies
Hands-on experience in Commercial Loan Origination
Experience working across the complete product lifecycle
Ability to work in a techno-functional capacity
