About Role

We are seeking an AI enabled and energetic Data Analyst to join our revenue operations team. This role works across extraction, analysis and insights. Proficiency in Power BI, SQL and MS-Suite is a must for this role.

This role is a doer as well as a thinker which takes automation and AI first approach to everything!

Key Responsibilities

Data Management:

Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources.

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures.

Analysis and Reporting:

Use SQL Query, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other Advance Excel functions to analyse operational data.

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and insights.





Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions based on data analysis.

Dashboard Development:

Design and develop interactive dashboards using PowerBI and Excel

Customize dashboards to meet specific departmental or stakeholder requirements.

Continuously monitor and update dashboards to reflect the latest data and insights.

Process Optimization and stakeholder management:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes.

Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing workflows and propose enhancements.

Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in data management and reporting.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related
field (or equivalent experience).
Proven 3+ years of experience as an Analyst
Proficiency in data analysis tools Advance Excel, SQL, and any data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI etc)
Basic understanding of data platforms and ETL processes
Ability to interpret complex data sets, has positive attention to detail
Experience in CRM and sales automation tools.
