About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and make an impact by supporting our Human Resources team across Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world, end-to-end HR processes and the prospect to work closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, rapid-paced environment where learning and growth happen every day.

Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities including resume sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
Coordinate with internal teams for employee onboarding, asset allocation, and asset return processes.
Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and day-to-day HR queries under guidance.
Assist the HR team with ongoing projects and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
Interest in Tech & Innovation: Passion for technology, AI, robotics, or construction tech is a plus.
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills,



with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, able to balance multiple open roles and recruitment tasks simultaneously.
Adaptability & Initiative: Comfortable thriving in a quick-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on diverse challenges.
