We are looking for a Senior Pega Engineer with a solid full-stack development background to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Pega to design and implement robust business applications while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Pega applications to meet business requirements.
Utilize Pega methodologies and best practices to ensure quality and performance.
Integrate Pega applications with existing back-end systems and services.
Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to gather and refine requirements.
Perform code reviews and guide junior engineers in best practices.
Develop and maintain front-end components using JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
Work on database design and management, ensuring productive data storage and retrieval.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Pega development with expertise in Pega PRPC, BPM, and related technologies.




Strong full-stack development experience, including proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular).
Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with external systems.
Solid understanding of relational databases and experience with SQL.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Certification in Pega is highly desirable.
Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
Constellation Architecture experience is highly recommended.
