Should have the technical expertise to lead a growing team in testing (functional, performance and usability) of a distributed platform which includes adaptive video streaming using HTTP, real-time and batch analytics, intelligent routing mechanisms and user interfaces.
We need a Test Leader who can:
· Define and own the overall Test Strategy, Policies & processes.
· Define functional, non-functional, regression, load, automation, security and performance tests.
· Lead a small team of Test engineers.
· Support Engineering and Management teams in Requirements, Design and other reviews.
· Support Deployments - interfacing with customers and partners.
· Identify and Implement test automation with better use of tools.
· Be a part of an Agile team.
· Develop creative processes.
